- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease two donut pans with slightly softened butter.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add the softened butter and mix it in.
- Then stir in the flour mixed with baking powder.
- Carefully pour in the milk and mix until a batter forms, but do not overmix.
- Quickly pour the batter into the donut molds.
- Bake the donuts in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Turn the baked donuts out of the molds and let them cool.
- For the chocolate glaze, chop the white and milk chocolate into small pieces, melt over a double boiler, and whisk in the heavy cream.
- Once cooled, dip one side of the donuts into the melted chocolate.
- Decorate with sprinkles as desired.
- Let them set and serve.
