  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (butterfly the chicken into four pieces)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 0.5 cups sour cream
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning

Instructions
  1. Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and brown for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Whisk in half and half, sour cream, black pepper, onion powder, and ranch seasoning. Whisk occasionally for 5 minutes until the sauce starts to bubble.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add the chicken back in. Cover with sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is heated through.
  5. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley.
