  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined to avoid overmixing.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs bake, heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat with chicken broth and lemon juice; stir until warmed (do not boil).
  6. Once baked, add meatballs to the creamy sauce and gently stir to coat. Serve warm.
