Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Savory crescent rollups filled with seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, garlic, and butter, then baked until golden brown.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 6 crescent roll dough sheets

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the ground beef with the salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and onion powder in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
  3. Mix the softened butter and chopped parsley in a separate bowl.
  4. Spread out the crescent roll dough sheets and apply a thin layer of the garlic butter mixture over each one.
  5. Add a hearty spoonful of the beef mixture near the base of each sheet and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll each sheet from the wider end into a snug rollup.
  7. Place the rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the remaining garlic butter.
  8. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let the rollups cool before serving.
