  • 1 filet Just Bare (or similar) chicken
  • 0.5 cup low-fat cottage cheese (I go with Good Culture brand)
  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing (I go with Bolthouse Farms)
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce (I go with G.Hughes)
  • 2 tbsp Shredded cheddar cheese reduced fat

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • mixing bowl
  • Microwave-safe bowl or dish
  • Sharp knife and cutting board
  • Spoon or spatula

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cook chicken breast in air fryer (I do 10-12 mins at 400 degrees). Chop into pieces and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together cottage cheese & ranch dressing
  3. Add cottage cheese mixture to serving dish. Top with chopped chicken. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and top with cheese.
  4. Place dish in microwave for 60 seconds. Stir & enjoy!
