Instructions
- Add strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Optionally strain the purée through a sieve into a saucepan.
- Add lemon juice and honey to the purée. Warm over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Sprinkle agar-agar powder over the mixture while whisking continuously until dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into silicone gummy bear molds using a dropper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
