  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Sea salt for topping

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add the salted caramel sauce and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  6. Layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of serving cups.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker layer.
  8. Drizzle additional salted caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with sea salt.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
